Have you ever tried a Café Bombón? This sweet recipe, which is halfway between a drink and a dessert, comes from the Alicante area in Spain, where it is usually taken for breakfast or as an afternoon sweet snack. In other regions it is also known as Café Goloso or Café Biberón due to its caramel flavour, and in areas such as the Canary Islands it usually comes with liquor, cinnamon and lemon to create the famous Barraquito.
