Looking forward to the weekend? As good weather approaches and little by little we move forward towards a back-to-normal life, this week we want to share with all of you a refreshing, sweet and colourful proposal to continue polishing our techniques and knowledge as Amateur Baristas from our home.

Dubbed as Lollipop Iced Tea, this recipe is as refreshing as it is sweet and fun. The cold combination of the infusion of red fruits with the grape juice results in a fresh and perfumed drink that reminds us of the sweet taste of a caramel lollipop. Perfect to enjoy as a refreshment in the sun and suitable to prepare and taste together with children.

In this recipe we have selected our Herbal & Teas Forbidden Passion infusion, made with a delicate combination of strawberries, currants, blackberries and hibiscus, which give us the perfect sweet and fragrant flavour for this drink. Remember that you can easily acquire them in our eshop.
