A blend sourced from Rainforest Alliance certified farms, following criteria of respect for the environment, responsible trade and social commitment at origin.

It offers a balanced cup with considerable body, yet without astringency, and an intense flavour with moderate acidity. We find soft, sweet notes of cereal, chocolate and fresh butter, alongside floral and caramelised aromas.

A highly versatile and adaptable coffee, particularly well suited to coffee shops and restaurants.

EXCELSIOR PLUS

A blend of 100% Arabica coffees, washed and natural.

A sweet, balanced cup with considerable body and a strong character. On the palate we find light notes of cereal, citrus, honey and toast, with a similarly fruity aroma. A blend that works perfectly black or with milk.

BARISTA ESPRESSO

A blend of Arabica and Robusta coffees with a distinctly Italian character.

An intense, very creamy cup with hints of liquorice, cedar, caramel and sunflower seeds. This is a coffee with a high caffeine content and a strong presence, making it highly recommended for lovers of intense coffee and for workplace settings. It retains its intensity when combined with milk.

DEKAFF RESPONSABLE

A blend of 100% Arabica coffees from farms certified for responsible trade by Rainforest Alliance. This coffee has been decaffeinated using a natural method, resulting in an impeccable espresso with no unpleasant aftertaste.
