Origins

House Blend Our most versatile blend, composed of coffees from two origins. On one hand, a natural Arabica from the Djimmah region in Ethiopia, which gives body and consistency to the cup. On the other hand, a natural Robusta from Kerala, in southwest India, which provides strength and a touch of bitterness. This variety is perfect for those looking for an intense cup of coffee, and especially for those who drink coffee combined with milk. Designed for espresso or Italian moka pot brewing.

Dark Roast A blend of organic certified natural Arabicas, washed Arabicas, and Robusta, coming from the three coffee continents: America, Africa, and Asia, which join to offer an intense and harmonious cup. As a featured origin, we find a coffee from Tanzania. One of our most classic blends: the perfect mix of origins and roast level for tasting an espresso, whether black or with milk.

Light Roast In the Cajamarca district, in northern Peru, we buy this organic certified washed Arabica coffee, grown at nearly 2,000 m altitude. It is a smooth, balanced coffee with a lot of soul, grown in a remote area by the local community, organized as a cooperative that is mainly supported by coffee exports. In this blend, we combine it with a natural coffee, also organic certified, from the Sidamo area in southern Ethiopia. Perfect for filter brewing methods, such as Chemex, Melitta, or V60, to be able to taste all the nuances.
