Origins

In the Cajamarca district, in northern Peru, we source this certified organic washed Arabica coffee, grown at nearly 2,000 meters above sea level. It is a smooth, balanced coffee with a lot of soul, cultivated in a remote area by the local community, organized as a cooperative that sustains itself primarily through coffee exports.

In this blend, we combine it with a natural coffee, also certified organic, from the Sidamo region in southern Ethiopia, where ancestral practices are followed by generations dedicated to coffee cultivation, and dried on traditional African beds.

Q Grader Recommendation

A blend specially designed for filter brewing methods, such as Chemex, Melitta, or V60, to fully appreciate all its nuances.

Tasting Notes

We find notes of honey and biscuit, along with tones of vanilla and milk chocolate in the caramelized notes. A background of blackcurrant and cloves. Its mellow acidity and creamy body lead us to a sweet and long finish.
