Origins

La Finca La Guamera is located in Villamaría, in the Department of Caldas, in the heart of Colombia’s most famous coffee-growing region. In the Caldas area, the predominant coffee variety is Caturra.

For over 35 years, the Muñoz family has managed it under the company La Meseta S.A., producing smooth, high-quality coffees enriched with the rich flavors and aromas provided by the Colombian mountains.

The family places special importance on the personal development and well-being of the people who work in their community. In addition to holding official certifications for responsible cultivation, they also provide training to all their collaborators and employees on crop management, the safe use of agrochemicals, and proper food cultivation.

Tasting Notes

Notes of almonds, honey, and lemon predominate, along with hints of vanilla and caramelized milk chocolate, and a pleasant background of blackcurrant. A sweet, mellow acidity and a creamy body invite you to enjoy a long, satisfying finish.
