A range of three coffees with different functionalities:

SILUETA

Organic coffee with postbiotic BPL1

The postbiotic BPL1 is a type of bifidobacterium that has been shown by scientific studies to modify the type of microorganisms and metabolism of our intestine.

BENEFITS OF THIS POSTBIOTIC:

  • Improves insulin sensitivity, helping to lower triglyceride, cholesterol and glucose levels.
  • Helps reduce body mass index.
  • Activates the metabolism to reduce levels of abdominal fat and adiposity, especially around the waist perimeter.

DIGESTIVE

Organic coffee with postbiotics ES1 & BPL15 (blend de postbiotics)

Blend of two strains of postbiotics that work very well the axis between the brain and the intestine (known as our second brain), providing not only digestive benefits, but also related to emotional stability.

BENEFITS OF THESE POSTBIOTICS:

  • Reduces inflammation of the intestinal mucosa and its permeability, improving food digestion.
  • Reduces inflammation, improving antioxidant capacity.
  • It improves anxiety states and phobia problems, helping us to be more stable.

ELIXIR

Organic coffee with probiotic Bacillus subtilis DE111

The probiotic Bacillus subtilis DE111 has been proven that, after ingesting it, it is capable of overcoming stomach acids, bile salts and enzymes, to actively reach the intestine and help in the growth of lacto-Bacillus and bifidus.

BENEFITS OF THIS PROBIOTIC:

  • Helps break down histamine, especially indicated for people with histamine intolerance, allergies, bloating, reflux or abdominal distension.
  • It is an antioxidant and helps reduce inflammation.
  • Strengthens the immune system to prevent repeated infections.

FAQs

Resolve your doubts about our functional coffees with probiotics:

Probiotics are live microorganisms that, after being ingested in adequate quantities, improve the balance of the intestinal flora and provide health benefits such as stimulating the immune system or improving digestion.

When they reach the digestive system, viable and active probiotics remain attached to the intestinal mucosa to carry out various functions.

A probiotic is a sufficient amount of healthy bacteria that when we ingest them, it has been seen that they reach our intestine alive and confer benefits on our health.

A postbiotic is a bacteria too, but it is inactivated by a heat process. However, when we ingest it and our body recognizes it, it provokes responses in our immune system and our metabolism.

In each of the coffees in this range we have introduced microorganisms that have different functionalities evidenced in clinical studies. Taking two coffee capsules a day guarantees the minimum intake scientifically proven to achieve these functionalities.

Capsules are the only coffee packaging method that allows us to guarantee a minimum presence of functional probiotics in each cup of coffee our customers consume.

Adding probiotics to packets of ground coffee or beans would make it impossible to ensure homogeneity of the mixture and a constant dosage in each cup

.

As part of the development of this project, an extensive list of probiotic microorganisms with beneficial health functionalities was selected and they underwent tests and studies in external laboratories to evaluate the viability of their survival at high temperatures.

Indeed, not all the microorganisms that were tested tolerated temperatures above ninety degrees. In all the probiotics and postbiotics finally selected to be part of this range, their viability and tolerance to the temperatures necessary to extract the coffee were confirmed.
